This year, the Ministry of Youth Affairs and Sports along with the Fit India Mission will ask all Schools/Colleges/Ministries/Govt & Pvt Organisations to take up sports or fitness activities in a grand manner. They will also encourage the students, employees and staff to actively participate in sports or fitness for at least one hour on National Girls & Women in Sports Day.
